Led by experience, built for real workplaces

Mosaic was founded by Bill Heffernan, LCPC, CEAP, a licensed clinical professional counselor, certified employee assistance professional, entrepreneur, consultant, and trainer with decades of experience in workplace effectiveness, addiction treatment, employee assistance, leadership development, and drug-free workplace program consulting. Across his career, Bill has designed programs, trained supervisors and employees, consulted with organizations across industries, and co-founded both Employee Resource Systems, Inc. and ScreenSafe, Inc.

His background spans direct clinical care, leadership of treatment programs, employee assistance program design and implementation, supervisory training, policy consultation, workplace education, and organizational support for employers in both regulated and non-regulated environments.
